How long will delivery take?

Express shipping: 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping: 2-4 business days.

Orders placed before 10:00am AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00am AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following business day.
Once your order is received you’ll be notified by email.
We’ll also notify you and provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Australia.

We will launch international shipping in 2022. Watch this space.

How much will shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders.

Please note: JACK ACRE will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

How can I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1-3 business days from placing your order).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns on discounted goods. To be eligible for free returns, the items purchased must be full price. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition. If possible, please include packing slip inside return package for easy receiving. If you have any questions please contact support@jackacre.com.

Returns need to be initiated within 30 days of ordering.

How do I return an item?

You can return or exchange an item by visiting the JACK ACRE Returns Center (here).

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

What are my options when returning an item?

We conduct our business according to the Australian Consumer Law, which acknowledges your rights and entitlements as a customer.

You may return an item for your choice of:

  1. Refund back to your original payment method; or
  2. Exchange (depending on stock availability).

SIZING & PRODUCT

How do I know what size to purchase?

Within each product page on our site we have provided fit guidelines based on the piece’s garment measurements (note: these are not on-body measurements). We’re happy to answer any questions regarding fit. Please write to us at support@jackacre.com.

We carefully select fabrics and materials that are designed for you to pursue personal bests when training, and to relax and recover in style. However, quality requires extra care when washing and drying. Below are our care recommendations, which we recommend following to ensure that you get the most out of your JACK ACRE kit.
